Ward Community Assemblies
Open to every resident. Elects ward councillors and Board representatives, sets ward priorities, and approves ward budgets.

Municipal Community Assembly
Delegates from every ward. The Movement's highest decision-making body — approves budgets and can amend the Constitution.

Board of Governance
Seven elected members serving three-year terms, acting as the Movement's legal entity and trustee.

Council Representatives
Elected councillors who report back to their Ward Assembly at least monthly and face annual performance review.

Expert advisory bodies covering infrastructure, finance, economic development, education, safety, and the environment.
